Tried to post this from Kampong Cham but it didn't work.......here it is...

Finally found internet access, almost half way through the trip!
Just a quick one to let everyone know:
a)I'm ok,
b) Have cycled the last 4 days running, about 270km I think. There was a 90k+ day in there, it aint called a challenge for nothing!
c) Haven't fallen off or used the support vehicle yet!
d) Haven't hit any buffalo or other strange moving traffic
e) Am burnt to a crisp despite my best efforts and
f) Am having a great time.

We started just out of Ho Chi Minh city, and the road has been prettygood, only a couple of dirt tracks so far. We've been cycling alongsome great agricultural scenery and on lots of highways with villagesevery few kms - the kids inevitably come out to say "hello! hello!"and hi-5 us. I guess it must look pretty funny, 30 odd people andsupport crew with green jerseys - not too many tourists down this way! Today we cycled over a huge bridge and the mighty Mekong River. Tonight I'm in kampong cham, provincial capital in the south, then heading to Phnom Penh tomorrow.
